Welcome boards that set the scene for your event.

A welcome board at the entrance of your Johannesburg event sets the tone before guests even walk in. FAQs

Common questions answered.

What size are welcome boards?

The most common welcome board size is A1 (594x841mm). This is large enough to be seen clearly at an event entrance and fits standard easel stands. Contact us if you need a different size.

What is a welcome board printed on?

We print welcome boards as full colour vinyl graphics applied to a 5mm Corex board. The Corex backing makes the board rigid and lightweight — easy to display on an easel or stand at your Johannesburg event.

Can you design the welcome board for me?

Yes. If you do not have a design, tell us the event details — names, date, theme, and any photos you want included — and we will create a welcome board design for you. Contact us at info@verohs.co.za or WhatsApp +27730728827.

How quickly can you print a welcome board?

Contact us with your event date and we will confirm turnaround. We recommend ordering at least 2-3 days before your event to allow for design approval and production.
