Direct to Film — the most versatile print method.

DTF (Direct to Film) is a t-shirt printing method that works on any fabric, any colour garment, without the need for pre-treatment. Your design is printed onto a special PET film, covered with hot-melt adhesive powder, cured, and then heat-pressed permanently onto the garment.

When DTF is done correctly — with proper file preparation, quality film, correct powder application, and the right cure — the result is a breathable, flexible, wash-resistant print. Most problems with DTF in Johannesburg come from poor preparation. At Verohs, preparation is our expertise.
